I ordered the studs off Ebay but the bag says Spikes and Leather for under $10
The shorts i had already from Forever 21
I used the only the plier type device i could find.
Step 1:
Align the stud over the fabric where you want it place then press down hard so the back end of the stud goes through the fabric
Step 2: With the pliers apply pressure to bend the two ends toward each other to keep stud in place on fabric.
